The service: a daily email of public building-permit records we think are relevant to your trade. We read official city data and may miss permits, mislabel some, or be delayed when a city's feed is late. We don't promise any number of leads or jobs.

Your use: use the list lawfully. Don't use it for robocalls, texts or calls to numbers on do-not-call lists, and follow local rules on mailers and door hangers. Don't resell or republish the list.

Billing: after the free week, US$49/month per city, billed monthly by Stripe until you cancel (on your account page, linked in every email; unsubscribing also stops billing at the end of the paid month). First paid month refundable on request.

Liability: the service is provided as is. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months.
