What we collect: your email, optional company name, city, and the trades and areas you choose. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.

Why: to send the daily list you asked for, bill your subscription and answer your messages. We don't sell or share your email.

Service providers: Cloudflare (hosting, data storage, and the Turnstile spam check on the sign-up form), Resend (email delivery), Stripe (payments). Data may be processed in the United States and Canada.

Permit data: addresses and job details come from public permit records published by each city. We do not collect or show property owners' names.

Your choices: unsubscribe from any email in one click; ask us to delete your data at hello@newpermitsdaily.com and we will within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep (e.g. invoices).
